Exploring the country with brush and colour pencyls and learning French

Your eyes and your hands are prepared to catch this beautiful countryside coloured by the light of the South. Even you haven’t practise so far you will express yourself in a drawing, watercolour painting, gouache or in a sculpture.

The joy expressing your creativity opens the view for the horizons of e.g. van Gogh and Cézanne and for the works of prehistoric artists to be found in the cave of Chauvet. We will visit the reproduction of the cave of Chauvet. We will also work with the colour pigments from Roussillon or make an excursion to e.g. St. Martin d’Ardèche to see Max Ernst’s Loplop, his creature of a bird, in the mural relief at his former house.

Wether represential or abstract, wild or contemplated – the journey to eye’s land is full of surprises which are still amazing when you will be at home again.
