Cooking and learning French

The cooking is a supplement to the french language cours. French lessons in the morning and cooking together in the late afternoon.

Inspired by the colours and the lovely smells of fresh food offered at the markets of the Languedoc and the Cévennes we create our meals. This course opens your body for the provençal cooking as well as for all kinds of Mediterranean culinary tastes beginning with an aperitif and ending with a delicious dessert a week of culinary delights. And in this cheerful environment you speak French and improve your knowledge and conservation skills.

All herbs, vegetables and fruit of this region – and the own garden - are that olives (and olive oil), tomatoes, onions or local vegetables as well as lavender, thyme, rosemary etc. as the key elements of French cooking will open your body and mind for the rich quality and taste.
